How does it work?

The Formostar generates far infrared energy (the kind of energy your body naturally absorbs from the sun) in the form of heat, which is easily and effectively absorbed by the body. The concentrated, targeted far infrared energy stimulates blood circulation, metabolism and the immune system, just as happens in a sustained vigorous workout. The major difference is that the heat is being absorbed passively and does not stimulate lungs or muscles. For those people that have difficulty exercising, Formostar can help compensate for the lack of activity. This does not mean that the Formostar can replace a balanced diet or exercise.
